The Sea & Sea YS-03 strobe is an easy-to-use and affordable TTL strobe suitable for most compact underwater cameras. It’s a great-value strobe package that includes everything you need to combine the YS-03 with most compact camera and housing combinations.

Strobe

As the YS-03 SOLIS has been designed to mimic the light intensity of the camera’s built-in flash, it is not necessary to manually adjust output. The YS-03 SOLIS is compatible with any camera with a pre-flash and a TTL flash exposure function, regardless of make.

Simple Controls

The YS-03 SOLIS is designed for ease of use by any underwater photographer. The only control is the rotary power switch, and by simply turning the switch from OFF to TTL, you can capture beautiful images.

Diffuser

The YS-03 SOLIS comes with a diffuser as standard. The half-translucent section diffuses and softens the light from the strobe, providing softer and more evenly exposed images. The diffuser also helps reduce overexposed highlights and strong shadows.

Easy and Versatile Slave TTL

As the YS-03 is designed to mimic the light intensity of the camera's built-in flash, manual output adjustment is not necessary. It is compatible with any camera featuring a pre-flash and TTL flash exposure function, regardless of make.

- A Fibre-Optic Cable is required when using the YS-03. - When using the YS-03 with a non-SEA&SEA housing, a Strobe Mask Set may be required along with the Fibre-Optic Cable. - Use of genuine SEA&SEA Fibre-Optic Cables is recommended. SEA&SEA strobes may not function properly if third-party cables are used, particularly for TTL auto exposure.
