The PAD-EP08 Port Extension Adapter from Olympus attaches to Port Extension Ring PER-E01 for Lens Port PPO-E01, PPO-E04 or PPO-E03 when any of these ports is attached to the PT-EP08 Underwater Case for the OM-D E-M5 camera. Before returning your item/s please download and complete the RA Form then email or fax it back to us to obtain a RA (return authority) number. For all repair and service queries please email info@underwatercameras.com.au
Repairs returned without RA numbers will still be accepted, however products with an RA number will be treated as priority over those without.
