- Before using the Dive Case, please update your camera's firmware to the latest version.
- Improper maintenance may affect product performance. Each time before placing the camera in the Dive Case, it's suggested to latch the Dive Case (without the camera inserted) and immerse it in water to check for leaks.
- Before sealing the Dive Case, be sure that the parts of the Dive Case in contact with its rubber seal are free of any foreign objects (dirt, dust, sand, etc.). Make sure the rubber seal is correctly aligned and is not broken or twisted.
- The Dive Case is not shock-resistant. Applying strong vibrations, shocks, or pressure to the product may result in damage, failure or reduced waterproofing performance. The recommended maximum dive height is 2 meters (6.56ft) above water level when diving into water. The Dive Case protects the camera when dropped on solid surfaces from a maximum dropping distance of 1 meter (3.28ft).
- Do not open the Dive Case while it is wet.
- After using the product in seawater, remove the camera and ensure the Dive Case is firmly closed. Soak the Dive Case in freshwater for 5-10 minutes, then gently rinse it under the tap
- Do not store the Dive Case in a hot and humid environment like a hot car. Do not wash the Dive Case with soap, neutral detergent, organic solvents or alcohol cleaning products, as this may affect the waterproofing performance.

Before returning your item/s please download and complete the RA Form then email or fax it back to us to obtain a RA (return authority) number. For all repair and service queries please email info@underwatercameras.com.au
Repairs returned without RA numbers will still be accepted, however products with an RA number will be treated as priority over those without.
