Aquatica 20091 Canon EOS R5 Housing with Vacuum Kit & either Dual Nikonos, Single Ikelite or Optical Bulkheads

About the Camera
The brilliant Canon EOS R range and the iconic EOS 5 cameras join forces on this exciting new release, the Canon EOS R5. With its full-frame sensor providing a resolution of 45.7MP, the EOS R5 is the highest-resolution EOS camera yet, at the time of release. As versatile as it is brilliant, this camera can produce a phenomenal 20 frames per second continuous shooting at this high resolution – this one will suit sports photographers who demand the highest quality.
About the Housing
As to be expected with all Aquatica housings, it is CNC machined from 6061 T6 Aluminium with a MIL-A-8625 anodized coating with a baked-on, extra-tough powder coat paint. All control shafts and push buttons are made from T304 stainless steel. This, as for all our housings, will take a licking and keep on ticking!
The housing will support not only the new RF-Mount lenses but also the EF-EOSR Adapter. The adapter can be removed from the camera without first removing the camera from the housing. There is also a lens release for both EF and RF mounts. As usual, all camera functions can be accessed by the housing. Two items of note that are specific to this housing:
The Playback/Review Control has been moved to the left side of the housing, this can easily be activated with the shooter’s left thumb.
The Video Record Start/Stop Control has been ergonomically placed on top of the housing. This can be activated by
All housing controls are spring-loaded and self-centring where needed. The user simply needs to install the mounting tray on the camera and slide the tray on the stainless-steel guide rails. It couldn’t be simpler!
To protect your expensive electronic gear from the elements, our Surveyor Vacuum System (valve and pump) is now included as standard equipment with all AR5 housings. The vacuum system will provide that extra layer of security since the user can verify that if air is not seeping into the housing the water definitely will not either.
